George - Owner
George is the owner and founder of The G Spot Tattoos, and his journey in the arts spans more than three decades. A lifelong artist, George began drawing as a child and never put the pencil down. In the mid-1990s, he and his twin brother launched Moore & Moore Designs, a creative studio that gained recognition throughout the Delaware Valley for its custom airbrushed t-shirts, canvases, and event backdrops.
In the early 2000s, George entered the tattoo industry, making history as the first African American tattoo artist at August Moon Tattoos. His natural talent and dedication to the craft quickly set him apart. By 2004, he opened the doors to The G Spot Tattoos’ first location in Newport, DE.
With over 30 years of tattooing experience and more than 21 years as a shop owner, George has built a legacy of creativity, mentorship, and excellence. His artistic range knows no bounds—whether it’s realism, black and grey, or vibrant color work, George has the vision and skill to turn any tattoo idea into a stunning work of art.
Jeff
Jeff is a self-taught tattoo artist with 17 years of experience, originally from Prince George’s County, Maryland. After relocating to Pennsylvania, he’s returned to our studio, bringing his passion and versatility back to our team. While Jeff is skilled in all tattoo styles, he has a particular affinity for black and grey work, creating clean, timeless pieces with exceptional attention to detail.
Jay
Jay became part of the G Spot Tattoo family in 2024, bringing with her a deep passion for photo-realism and a lifelong love of art. Since childhood, she has been captivated by drawing from a face-to-face perspective, a skill that naturally evolved into a talent for creating strikingly realistic tattoos. Black and grey work is her preferred medium, where she excels in capturing subtle detail and emotion—but she’s no stranger to vibrant color pieces either. Jay thrives on creative challenges and is always eager to collaborate with clients to bring bold, meaningful ideas to life through ink.
El
El Moore is a talented tattoo artist who rejoined our G Spot Tattoo family in 2023. As the nephew of our owner, George, El has been immersed in the world of art from a young age. His passion for tattooing took shape under George’s guidance, completing his apprenticeship in 2015. With a decade of experience under his belt, El has developed a strong following for his standout Anime-inspired designs. However, his skills span a wide range of tattoo styles, making him a versatile and well-rounded artist. We're proud to have him back as part of the team, continuing his journey where it all began.
